Getting Started

Account Set Up:

 

Get started by filling out our become a customer form. Shortly after you submit that information you will be contacted by a customer service representative who will finish your account set up. The customer service representative will give you your account number and explain to you our ordering methods. You will need to leave a credit card on file if you are repeat customer in order for print fulfillment to be quickly billed and delivered back to you. Most orders are printed the same day they are received and shipped out that afternoon, so we ask that you have a credit card on file for print fulfillment to run smoothly.

 

 

Log in to your online account for the first time. At this time we suggest that you submit a few test prints to verify your color management. Once these test prints are submitted and you receive feedback from our team of photo finishing engineers you are free to send orders using our as is pricing if you feel you would like to manage your own color.

 

 

Order fulfillment:

 

Going green with photo pro means no more paper work, order using our GO Systems, Labprints or FTP. The best part is that these amazing systems are for you to use at no extra charge.

 

 

Our Go Systems are made for our various customer needs. Go Pro has all the products and print fulfillment that a professional photographer will need. Go Basic is for the aspiring photographer and has everything you’ll need to get started. We are all about baby steps so when your hobby one day becomes a business you’ll have mastered the basics and can move on to Pro with no problem.

 

 

Labprints is an amazing three part program built into one. You can manage most of the services you provide within one software. Part one is order fulfillment with your favorite photo lab(us), part two is an easy to use composite and template maker and part three is an online hosting service that integrates with order fulfillment. We highly recommend this online hosting service, because we can integrate it into your website. Learn more

 

 

FTP print fulfillment is for those who create order folders straight from Photoshop or Lightroom. You can create folders with the standard sizes you offer and send us the folder to our FTP. We will print one of each of the files in each folder of the specified size, so if you want 2 4x6 just put two copies in the 4x6 folder. There is no color correction available on this service. Shipping and drop shipping:

 

At the end of each day we prepare the shipments of your orders for the day, all orders are shipped directly to you unless your order specifies drop shipping to your client added for $7.50. (drop shipping only available through Go systems and Labprints) At this time your credit card will be charged and your drop shipping invoices will be sent to you by USPS. Learn more
